order process & shipping

Clothing by Kier is based in the United States, and all prices are listed in USD. after placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. orders will process within 1–7 business days before shipping; handmade items require 7–12 business days. once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs.

domestic shipping (U.S.)

U.S. orders ship with tracking via USPS or UPS standard shipping for $5 USD, unless $10 USD Priority or Express shipping is selected at checkout. please note that expedited shipping does not reduce processing time for handmade items. orders valued at $150 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

international shipping

international orders may ship via USPS or UPS standard delivery, or DHL express delivery, as selected at checkout. delivery estimates are 1–3 weeks via USPS/UPS or 2–3 days via DHL once transit begins. shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, service selected, and package weight. orders valued at $250 USD or more qualify for free USPS shipping. customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. unclaimed orders returned to us due to unpaid customs fees are not refundable. re-shipment can he arranged with applicable fees

please note that holiday or weather delays may occur. Clothing by Kier is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. domestic (U.S.) orders include shipping insurance up to $100 USD. in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be submitted directly to the carrier using your tracking number and order details.
