all sales are final. returns are not accepted.

for our vintage selection - we strive to provide nothing short of high-quality, beautiful products with lots of life left when arriving to their new homes. potential natural signs of wear are to be expected when purchasing pieces from our vintage line, with the necessary details given in the description of our listings.

for our handmade selection - under certain circumstances, we will offer exchanges on our handmade items. please note that handmade exchanges are subject to shipping + handling fees.

we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed mail.

 

all orders are packaged with care to ensure a safe transit process. refunds are not provided under the circumstances a package is lost or stolen. however, we will help file a missing mail request form if needed, and under certain circumstances, offer store credit. customers are provided with a tracking number to follow the transit of their order once shipped, to ensure it arrives safely. it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the proper name and address information when checking out. if the wrong address is provided, customers will be liable for package re-routing fees. refunds, partial refunds, or store credit options are strictly only offered if it is decided your item is significantly not as described or your order qualifies for such.
