all sales are final. returns are not accepted.

items may be in pre-loved, vintage, or brand new condition. any significant flaws or imperfections will be clearly disclosed in the description. we encourage you to read listings carefully before purchasing. if you have any questions, please contact us at shop-kier@clothingbykier.com prior to placing your order.

for our vintage selection: potential natural signs of wear are to be expected when purchasing pieces from our vintage line, with the necessary details given in the description of our listings.

for our handmade selection: in select cases, we will offer exchanges on handmade orders. please note exchanges are subject to shipping and handling fees.

we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. all orders are shipped tracked and packaged with care to ensure a safe transit process. it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the proper name and address information when checking out. if the wrong address is provided or a package is returned to us, customers will be liable for package re-routing or re-shipment fees. domestic (U.S.) orders include shipping insurance up to $100 USD. in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be submitted directly to the carrier using your tracking number and order details.

international buyers: customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. orders will not be refunded if a package is unclaimed or returned due to unpaid fees. re-shipment can be arranged with applicable fees.

refunds, partial refunds, or store credit are considered on a case-by-case basis or if an item is significantly not as described
